We are a Managed IT Services provider and looking to expand our London IT support services team.

Currently looking to recruit 2nd line IT support Services Engineer who will be based in our West London office and will be expected to offer remote IT support as well as willing to go onsite to client premises to work when required.

The Pre-Requisites include –

Excellent Written & Spoken English communication skills

Deep knowledge of Microsoft Desktop and Server Platforms including Windows 7 / 10, Windows Server 2012/16, Exchange Server and Office 365 among others.

Full UK driving licence will be an advantage.

Based in West London will be an advantage.

Job Title: IT Sales & Marketing

Job Location: Staines, Surrey

Travel Percentage: Minimal, Office based.

Position Type: Apprenticeship

Requirement: We require an Apprentice to work on IT Sales and Marketing that includes,

Calling customers and booking new appointments/sales leads.
Understanding of our IT Services which includes Server/Desktop support process and different support packages.
Understanding the IT process, our policies and management.
Working on salesforce or any similar software.
Follow up with customers.
We will provide relevant training before the candidate starts work.

Timing: 9 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday, an hour lunch break
